The figurine was leaning on a shovel which has since been gone missing.
The trademark isn't painted on but is rather embossed, near an unclear letter, possibly S.
The figurine itself is very rare - this model is almost never found on the antique market, especially in white as this one is.
The tree the worker leans on bears the name Hadley.

Condition: no shovel and a chip on the top edge of the hat, otherwise in excellent condition.
