A dramatic 19th-century French earthenware ewer of monumental scale with boar-head lid, ram-head handle, satyr-mask spout, and a hand-painted bird panel over gilded reliefs. Unmarked, but consistent with Choisy-le-Roi (H. Boulenger) or Sarreguemines (U&C) c. 1875-1895.
