Rare Flight & Barr Worcester Barrel-Shaped Teapot & Stand, c. 1792-1800
A refined and elegant Flight & Barr (Worcester) barrel-shaped teapot dating from 1792-1800. Beautifully decorated with an intricate gold and blue floral pattern on a white ground, this teapot is accompanied by its original matching stand, both showcasing the same exquisite design.
An incised 'M' mark is present on the underside of the teapot lid, the bottom of the teapot, and the stand, indicating authenticity and period manufacture.
