Wonderful antique porcelain figurine of a young lady, carefully glazed and painted to the timeless Volkstedt standard.
Marked to Volkstedt porcelain manufactory. Known as the Aelteste Volkstedter Porzellanmanufaktur, the "Oldest Volkstedt Porcelain Manufactory", this was the first porcelain manufactory in Thuringia, Germany, originating in the 1760s. This piece dates to the late 19th century.
12 cm in height
Excellent antique condition, left hand has evidence of restoration near instrument, right hand and shoulder also have signs of restoration. Please carefully regard all photos.
