Rare small Limoges coffee set, made in France by Charles Ahrenfeldt and decorated by J. Asalvary, c.1895. The set includes a coffee pot, covered sugar bowl, and creamer. Fine white French porcelain with vertical ribbing, richly decorated with heavy gilt acanthus leaves, and detailed sculpted handles, lids, and bases. Both the green underglaze Ahrenfeldt oak-leaf factory mark (c.1895) and the red oval Asalvary decorator's stamp are present on the bases. This set is not only a valuable collector's item but also an elegant accent for any refined interior, embodying the highest standards of Limoges artistry from the Belle Époque period. A rare find, seldom seen as a complete set and in such fine condition. The expressive gilding, luxury-class casting, and unique combination of marks make this Limoges set especially desirable as a collector's or wedding gift.
