Elegant vintage triptych of three Chinoiserie figurines, dressed in stark teal and deep black coloured dresses, wonderfully complementing their bone-white porcelain skin. She is flanked by her two partners, a young boy or man and a young lady. The boy stands slightly bowed, wearing black trousers, a turquoise jacket and a grey shirt. His partner is dressed in a floor length robe in black and turquoise with a wide grey belt. Her large sleeves are trimmed in pink and she wears small, chinese slippers.
Center lady is from from the Royal Worcester Chinoiserie Series, modelled by Agnes Pinder-Davis. Marked 3400 on the base, she was issued in 1944, withdrawn 1958. The small lady is Model No. 3362 and her partner is No. 3354, both modelled by Gwendolen Parnell. Issued from 1941 and discontinued in 1952.
Center lady is 20.7 cm in height, 214 g weight
Small boy is 13 cm in height, 128 g weight
Small lady is 12.7 cm in height, 85 g
Great condition. Lady has butterfly missing from hand. The small boy has small and barely noticeable chips on two fingers of the right hand. Otherwise excellent condition, please carefully regard all photos.
