Rare French Imari Porcelain Vase: Hand-Painted Tinet, Montreuil c.1845 (21cm)

£1,850.00
A rare and finely hand-painted French porcelain vase, made around 1840-1850 by the Tinet manufactory in Montreuil-sous-Bois. This stunning piece blends the vibrant Imari aesthetic with refined European execution.

The trumpet-shaped vase is richly decorated in iron red, cobalt, and gilt, with floral and foliate panels typical of the Japanese-inspired taste in mid-19th century France. The underglaze blue "diablotin" mark on the base identifies the piece as an authentic product of Tinet, a rare and collectible Paris-area porcelain factory.
