Stunning pair of high-grade .950 silver commemorative spoons, in an original case. Enamelled and impressed with Gann Ken, the Foundation Cancer Research Society of Japan.
This Cancer Research Institute, founded in 1908, is Japan's first research organisation specialised in cancer, and moved to the Cancer Research Association in 2011. Since it is commonly known as "Ganken", these spoons are marked with "GANN-KEN".
Excellent condition. Please note that any dark spots, blemishes etc. are due to errors in photography and not a quality of the lot itself.
