The Brothers Urbach pottery was founded by Alfred and Otto Urbach in 1882. Initially known for producing majolica wares, the factory transitioned to porcelain production around 1906. While the Urbach brothers produced various forms such as vases—now highly sought after—their most distinctive and collectible pieces are figural items, including figurines, candlesticks, and smoking accessories. Known for their fine quality, the factory's porcelain output was produced for only 24 years, making these pieces rare and increasingly desirable among collectors.
