Each candlestick is formed as a tall tree-trunk column enriched with applied flowers and foliage. The figures depict a girl holding a small goat and a boy holding a dog. The modelling shows soft facial features, gentle expressions and rounded forms characteristic of Sitzendorf production.\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003e\nOn one base there is a weakly visible underglaze Sitzendorf mark; the underside of each piece bears an impressed model number \"216\", followed by small green technological marks.
